1. We currently ship to the UK including Northern Ireland and the EU.
  2. We strive to ship as soon as possible, no later than within 3 business days after the order was placed.
  3. We usually use Royal Mail tracked service for UK orders. We might sometimes use a different courier, particularly for shipments outside of the UK.
  4. Free delivery is available for orders over £150 to the UK destinations and for orders over £250 (or equivalent in euros) to the EU.
  5. If your order does not qualify for free delivery, a flat delivery fee of £4 will be applied to the UK orders and £15 (or equivalent in euros) to the EU orders.
